Through our core values we have created an environment that is inclusive, fun, and welcoming for everyone.' b'The Swish Dental team is looking for a highly motivated' b'Regional Manager' b'to join our team.' b"Why You'll Love Swish Dental" b'Our career opportunities come with great benefits including:' b'Competitive salary' b'Bonus programs' b'No weekends' b'Medical, vision, & dental benefits' b'Short-term disability' b'Paid holidays and time off' b'And more!' b'Main Duties and Responsibilities' b'Successfully manage 5+ dental studios in the Austin area' b'Monitor and track KPI trends' b'Provide leadership and serve as a mentor and a coach to dental studio staff' b'Lead the dental studio team' b'Assist in identifying, developing, and retaining high talent' b'Recognize areas of development for staff to facilitate growth and ensure quality standards are met' b'Collaborate with the administrative staff, leadership, and Providers' b'Assist with establishing a strategic business plan for internal processes' b'Conduct ongoing performance reviews, provide written feedback a minimum of once annually' b'Document expected performance and goals for the upcoming year' b'Address patient complaints in an appropriate and professional manner, escalating concerns as needed' b'Analyze business and financial data daily to recognize and build on strengths' b'Provide daily feedback to Practice Managers to improve weak areas of performance, and identify anomalies occurring in the region' b'Other duties as assigned' b'Skills and Abilities' b'Fluent in English verbal and written' b'Familiarity with dental terminology' b'Basic computer skills' b'Willingness to travel around the Austin area' b'Strong interpersonal skills' b'Strong people management skills' b'Excellent time management skills' b'Education and Experience' b'High school diploma or equivalent required' b'Associate degree or higher preferred' b'CPR and/or BLS certification preferred' b'1+ years of people management experience required' b'2+ years of experience in the dental field required' b'2+ years of experience in a similar position is preferred' b'Physical Demands and Work Environment' b'This position may be required to sit or stand for long periods' b'This position may be required to work more than 40 hours per week' b'This position is in a clinical office environment which can be noisy and distracting' b'This position may be exposed to infectious diseases and/or blood borne pathogens' b'This position may be required to handle sharp objects' b'This position may be exposed to harmful chemicals and/or gasses' b'This position may be required to communicate with others to exchange information' b'This position may require repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers' b'This position may require the operation of machinery and/or power tools' b'This position may require the assessment of the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned' b'This position may require moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces' b'This position may require medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds' b'Swish Dental is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
